Drink kale juice or shots of wheatgrass as opposed to fruit juices, which often have the same amount of sugar as soda. Drinking a green smoothie is a great way to get a few servings of veggies in one quick sitting.

Pack snacks like carrots, broccoli, and other healthy vegetables instead of chips.
